DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI

Welcome to India- a country where hospitality is a way of life ; to a culture steeped in tradition, a land where history lives in music and dance. You will be received at the airport in a traditional manner with garlands and proceed to your hotel.

DAY 02: DELHI

Morning after a relaxed breakfast we will take you to a tour of Old and New Delhi.

Morning we will proceed for a guided tour of Old Delhi by Visiting Chandani Chowk, Jama Masjid - India ’s largest mosque, Dariba Kalan (The Silver Bazaar), Kinari Bazaar, Parantha walla Gali, The Red Fort - ( one of the most magnificent monument of Delhi ), Raj Ghat – The national memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, and further to this visit Laksmi Narayan Temple - the Birla Temple as it is popularly known enshrines Lord Vishnu – the preserver of the Hindu trinity. The Temple is one of the major attractions of the capital city – Delhi, and White marble Bangla Shib Gurudwara – the Sikh Shrine is an important historical and religious place in India.

Later in the afternoon visit New Delhi where we will visit Rashtrapati Bhawan, the official residence of the President of India designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens. India Gate war memorial build in the memory of solders who lost their line in worl war. Qutab Minar, the 72.5 meter high tower dating back to the 13th century, and Humanyun’s Tomb, built in the 16th century and architecturally considered the forerunner of the Taj Mahal.

DAY 03: DELHI – MANDAWA : BY SURFACE

Morning drive to Mandawa ( Approx. 270 Kms/ 6 ½ hrs drive). Upon arrival check in at hotel. Late afternoon you will visit a Haveli, or mansion that has many stunning frescoes. The beautiful wall paintings depicting images of Gods and Goddesses of Hindu religion not only that it also has paintings of ordinary people, Flower motifs, images of an English lifestyle and characters from Indian mythology. These magnificent images on walls and roof has been painted by natural colours.
